1/2 cup Green Moong (Soaked Overnight)
1/2 cup Red Chane (Soaked Overnight)
1 tbsp Nimbu Raas
1 Cucumber (Cut in Small Pieces)
1 Small Carrot (Cut in Pieces)
1 Tomatoes (Cut in Pieces)
1/2 cup Paneer (Sliced)
1 Small Potato (Boiled)
1 tbsp Moongfali Dane Pisse
1/2 tsp Green Chilli Powder
1 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)
Hara Dhaniya Patti
1 tsp Chat Masala
2 tbsp Grated Coconut
2 tbsp Sev
Dahi & Salt to Taste

Method :
1.Pressure cook the sprouts until soft
2.When soft mix all the ingredients
3.Garnish with hara dhaniya grated coconut & sev
4.Add nimbu raas
Its ready to serve. You can add green chutney and mitti chatni for change in taste.
