Ingredients
100 gms Boondi
4-5 Slices Bread
4-5 Boiled Potatoes
Some Pomagrannete Seeds
Chaat Masala Powder to Taste
Juice of Two/Three Limes
Oil or Ghee for Frying.
Salt to Taste
Method :
1.Cut bread slices int cubes and deep fry in hot oil and keep aside.
2.Peel the boiled potatoes and chop them to pieces.
3.To serve place some fried bread cubes in a serving dish followed by potato cubes, boondi and pom.seeds.
4.Sprinkle salt to taste,chaat masala powder and lime juice.
5.Toss the plate to mix the lipsmackin chaat.

1 tbsp Nimbu Raas

1 tsp Chat Masala
2 tbsp Grated Coconut
2 tbsp Sev
Dahi & Salt to Taste
Method :
1.Pressure cook the sprouts until soft
2.When soft mix all the ingredients
3.Garnish with hara dhaniya grated coconut & sev
4.Add nimbu raas
Its ready to serve. You can add green chutney and mitti chatni for change in taste.
