Method :
1.First let the mung dal soaked in water for "1" day at night.
2.Grid in mixer on next day fry it but fry it as small round pakodi.
3.Shoak pakodi in water for half hour.and then press it and remove water with hands
4.Add all the ingrediant .
5.Tasty chaat will be ready.
