Ingredients
1 cup Beaten Rice (Poha)
1/4 cup Crushed Groundnuts
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 stalk Curry Leaves Chopped
5-6 Green Chillies
1 tsp Lime Juice
1-1/2 tbsp Oil
2 Onions Chopped
1 Tomato (Chopped Fine)
1 Small Potato(Chopped)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Wash poha till clean.
2. Drain water sprinkle a handful of clear water and keep aside.
3. After 15 minutes loosen the poha gently, and break lumps with fingers.
4. Add salt, lime juice, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
5. Mix well
6. In a heavy saucepan, heat oil, add seeds and then potatoes.
7. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
8. Add onion, chillies and curry leaves.
9. Stir and fry onions till tender.
10. Add tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes
11. Add crushed groundnuts
12. Add poha. Mix very well.
13. Stir gently every now and then.
14. Cook for 5-7 minutes till poha are warm
15. Transfer to serving dish and garnish with coriander.
16. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
